Shipping & Returns
Item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will ship the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and other exceptions beyond our control.
Shipping is a flat rate of $5. Orders over $75 ship for FREE.
Shipping will not be refunded.
In-Store Pick Up:
Item(s) ordered online and selected delivery method was “In-Store Pick Up” will be available at the store within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be available Monday.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.
Items must be received within 14 business days of DATE of purchase to get a store credit. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, make-up stains, deodorant stains, smells of perfume, has been washed/worn, or damaged will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 business days, there is nothing that we can offer you. Please call us at 607-316-5120 so we can assist you.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account in the price of the item or items you sent back. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year. All Sale items are final sale.
