Amazing Zero Carb Pizza Crust (Non-Caulifower!)

Okay, okay.

Here it is.


I have been making this crust for about 2 years now, and I’m sorry for the blog delay.

Lets get right to the point.

This. Crust. Is. Awesome.

Many of you might not know, my husband owns four local Italian/pizza restaurants. He is the pizza king! And HE LOVES this crust!

With only 4 carbs, this crust is delicious. It beats cauliflower crust in so many ways (unless you are a vegetarian, sorry!).

Cauliflower crust has more carbs than you realize, it has that “taste”, and it can also leave you feeling bloated.

Like I always say… I am not a professional chef. In fact, I am far from it. We are a low carb household for a few reasons, number one being my son has Prader-Willi Syndrome and cannot have carbs.

So here you go!


1 large can of chicken breast

1 cup of parmesan cheese

2 eggs


-strain chicken breast, spread out on pan with parchment paper, bake at 375 for 10 minutes (to dry out).

-add chicken to 1 cup of parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (optional)

-spread out into a pizza shape on parchment paper. You can make the crust as thick or thin as you want.

-bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

-add toppings

-back for another 8-10 minutes at 375.


Note: We love to use low carb pizza sauce, mozz cheese and turkey pepperoni (seen in pictures).

Another great pizza is chicken wing pizza (pairs well with the chicken in the crust), and a white garlic and broccoli pizza!
