Zero Carb Ranch "Chips"

One of my favorites! So easy and fast!

As many of you know, we are a low carb household (my son Layne has Prader-Willi Syndrome). I love it when people share their low carb recipes and ideas, so I am here to do the same!

Ingredients:

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix

In a bowl, mix cheese and a dash of the dry salad dressing mix to taste (a little goes a long way).

Place a pinch of cheese on a pan lined with parchment paper.

Baked at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on how crispy you want them. That’s it!

Feel free to play around with different types of cheeses and different seasonings. They are also delicious without any seasoning!
